Super Bowl Cancellation Policy:
Since we are now within 30 days of the Super Bowl, deposits are no longer refundable. Payment for all nights is required in advance. A 3 night minimum stay is required. If there are any gaps or openings, stays shorter than 3 days will be considered. Shorter stays to fill "gaps" will only be considered within 7 days of the event.
Super Bowl FAQ:
1. How far is the Indy KOA from Super Bowl XLVI? We're about 20 minutes, or 17 miles, from Lucas Oil Stadium.
2. It's winter time - how will RVs get water? Due to the unseasonably warm weather, most sites will have water. Any RV can fill up with water at the office.
3. What about showers - we don't want to fill our RV with water? Our bathhouse will remain open 24/7 during the week.
4. What about office hours? The office will be open on a limited basis during Super Bowl week - hours will be posted.
5. The camp office is closed from November 15 until Super Bowl week. How can I get questions answered? The quickest way to have a question answered is to email us at: IndianapolisKOA@Gmail.com
6. I don't have email, can't I call? Sure, but please keep in mind that we do not check messages every day.
7. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the Super Bowl, why? There will only be a limited number of sites open that week & we want to ensure those sites remain available for people that are in town for all events - not just the night of the Super Bowl. Keep in mind that area hotels have minimums ranging from 3 to 7 days!
8. Why is payment for all nights is required in advance? Since we are normally closed for the season and since we will have folks arriving at all hours of the day from all parts of the country, having the payment handled prior to the arrival is the easiest option for everyone.
9. If the office is closed when I arrive, how will I know my site number? All arrivals for the day will be posted at the office along with maps showing everyone where their site is located.
10. I won't be there for 3 days, what are my options? The first option is to wait until Super Bowl week to see if we have any one or two night "gaps" to fill. The next option is to pay for 3 days and stay for only the days you need.
11. Transportation. What are the options? We recommend taking advantage of the shuttle in Greenfield. (look below & click on the "Super Celebration" link for more information.
12. What about a rental car? Ace (317) 777-7719 and Enterprise (317) 467-2565 have both delivered vehicles to the camp - but expect availability to be limited.
